Translation

"The Nineteen Men of Tain doesn't contain archive material, but it is, as the subtitle says, a belated tribune to the in 2017 de deceased legend. Under the band name Allan's Legacy, under supervision of guitarist/keyboardist Enrico Pinna and drummer Ollie Usiskin, thirteen of Holdsworth's compositions have been played by nineteens musicians (hence the title which is derived from the album The Sixteen men of Tain). Among them were musicians who had a direct relationship with him: among whom Joel Taylor and John Etheridge; renowned players who have been influenced by him like Antoine Fafard and Sebastiaan Cornelissen; world stars like Mike Stern and Paul Wertico; and utterly talented virtuosos within the jazzrock genre."
